Born and raised in Java, Indonesia, Tania Gunadi moved to Los Angeles after winning a green card lottery.
On a dare, Tania auditioned for a Disneyland commercial and to her delight, she booked the role and was instantly hooked on acting. Since then, she has built a diverse career across TV, film, commercials, and voice over, appearing in more than 100 commercials and 300 episodes across shows like StuGo, Transformers Prime, Curb Your Enthusiasm, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Girl Meets World, DC Super Hero Girls, Avatar, and Aaron Stone in both guest star and series regular roles.
Her love for the entertainment industry and creativity led her to write her debut screenplay, Teddy, which won her the Black List/Cassian Elwes Fellowship at Sundance. This opened doors to producing, where she collaborates with filmmakers on web series, short films, and feature films.
Her work has earned several award nominations, including BTVA and Streamy Awards, and she has been part of Academy Awards-qualified and Emmy-nominated projects.
